Open Space Event Application Edit page

Please fill out with as much detail as possible. This application is a true representation of the planned event. By signing your name at the bottom, you are ensuring that the event meets all West Ranch Covenants, Policies, Rules and Regulations during this event.

Please note that any approval requires that the homeowner to leave the Open Space free of debris and in the same condition in which it was found. The homeowner will accrue a $50 daily fine for failure to return the space to original condition within 24 hours of the end of the event. Advance request for exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
